  • Base Pizza

  • Mozzarella

  • Pureed tomato pulp

  • Seafood (Clams, Mussels, Octopus, Squid, Shrimps)

  • Prezzemolo

  • Extra virgin olive oil

Place the seafood in a pan with a little tomato, season with a pinch of salt and cook to your liking. Arrange the pizza base in a tray, sprinkle it with tomato puree, add the seafood you have previously prepared, then the diced mozzarella and a pinch of parsley. Bake in a hot oven for about 5 to 8 minutes at 200°C or 250°C for a softer pizza.

As an alternative to the oven, a well-warmed nonstick skillet with a lid can be used, with cooking times as desired.
