Gaetano Vastola
A master pizza maker, he and his family founded La Casina with the aim of promoting typical baked goods from Campania. By paying attention to doughs and using innovative techniques such as ATM, he has been able to combine craftsmanship and modern production, making his products, such as saltimbocca, appreciated throughout Italy and beyond.

Participating in the China International Import Expo together with other prestigious Italian companies, it received wide recognition for the quality of its products, strengthening the image of Made in Italy. In Japan, thanks to participation in relevant events such as SMTS, and was able to make itself known and arouse the interest of local operators.
