With commitment and passion, he perfected his technique in the art of dough making, becoming a master pizza maker after years of experience, and then embarked on a new phase in the world of pizza.

1995

1995 saw the birth of La Casina, which began production of packaged Pizza Bases and Saltimbocca, offering non-refrigerated baked goods ideal for home use.

La Casina enters into an agreement with AMBROSINO Bakery to supply Saltimbocca, which becomes a hit in Campania. Base Pizza is also created at the request of SUISSE restaurant in Pompeii, to serve pizza to tourists.

Creating WAGON FIRE Tunnel Oven


Gaetano patented the WAGON FIRE Tunnel Oven, with refractory stone and volcanic stone conveyor belt, similar to a traditional oven, marking a technological breakthrough in production.

Began collaboration with HANSELL FOOD in New Zealand to export Pizza Bases to Australia, leading to a significant increase in orders.
