Available sizes:

30 cm; 20 cm; 10 cm.

“00” wheat flour, water, whole wheat flour, durum wheat semolina, salt, extra virgin olive oil, soy lecithin, malted cereal flour, brewer's yeast.

Shelf Life: 60 days.

Treated with ethyl alcohol.

Store in a cool, dry place

After opening store in refrigerator for 3 days.

Heat the oven to 220°C. Begin your pizza preparation by opening the pizza base bag. Once rolled out, spread the tomato evenly over the surface, creating a delicious layer of sauce. Then dice the mozzarella and squeeze it well to remove excess milk.

Lay a few fresh basil leaves on top for a touch of flavor and drizzle extra virgin olive oil in concentric circles to enhance cooking and flavor. Place the pizza on a baking sheet or directly on the oven rack. Bake and broil for 5 to 7 minutes.

Constantly checking to make sure that the edge turns golden brown and that the mozzarella melts perfectly. Once ready, take it out of the oven and let it rest for a minute before serving. Enjoy!
