Prepare chopped onions and parsley and sauté them in a saucepan with two tablespoons of oil, add the well-drained tuna and let it season for a few minutes. In another pan, wilt the finely sliced onions in a little oil. Sprinkle the pizza with the diced mozzarella, onion, and tuna. Bake in a hot oven for about 5 to 8 minutes at 200°C or 250°C for a softer pizza.
As an alternative to the oven, you can use a well-warmed nonstick skillet with a lid, with cooking times to your liking.
