  • Base Pizza

  • Garlic Cloves

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Pureed tomato pulp

  • Black Olives

  • Capers

  • Anchovies

  • Oregano

Sprinkle the Pizza Base with the tomato puree. Add very finely chopped garlic, a sprinkling of oregano, black olives, capers and 4 anchovy fillets, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil at the end. Bake in a hot oven for about 5-8 minutes at 200°C or 250°C for a softer pizza. As an alternative to the oven, you can use a well-warmed nonstick skillet with a lid, with cooking times to your liking.
