Base Pizza
Mozzarella
Cold cuts of your choice (cooked ham/salami/bacon)
Pureed tomato pulp
Basil
Extra virgin olive oil
Arrange the pizza base in a tray, sprinkle it with tomato puree, add your favorite sausage. Cover with diced mozzarella and basil leaves, finally season with a drizzle of oil. Bake it in a hot oven for about 5-8 minutes at 200°C or 250°C for a softer pizza.
As an alternative to the oven, a well-warmed nonstick skillet with a lid can be used, with cooking times as desired.
