Base Pizza
Mozzarella
Smoked salmon
Parsley leaves (optional)

Spread mozzarella cheese or soft cheese spread (such as Philadelphia) on the Pizza Base, then lay slices of smoked salmon on top. Sprinkle a few parsley leaves on top. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place in the oven and bake for about 5 to 8 minutes at 200 degrees or 250 degrees for a softer pizza. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
As an alternative to the oven, a well-warmed nonstick skillet with a lid can be used, with cooking times as desired.
